Kindness Day
You are warmly invited to join us for Kindness Day as we honor what would have been the 81st birthday of Hebrew Seminary’s founder, Rabbi Dr. Douglas Goldhamer, who was known for the simple yet powerful message:
“Be kind, be kind, be kind.”
This special online gathering will feature reflections, meditations, poetry, and music shared by students, faculty, alumni, staff, and board members of the Hebrew Seminary community. Faculty will also offer a preview of our upcoming Summer Semester.
In the spirit of the day, we invite you to commit to an act of kindness and share it with us. More details to come. Event held online. All are welcome to join.
To honor Rabbi Dr. Douglas Goldhamer’s legacy and uplift students, we invite you to make a gift to the Rabbi Dr. Douglas Goldhamer Scholarship which is awarded to deserving rabbinical students, helping offset the cost of their tuition.
